P(واط) = I(أمبير) × V(فولت)

So watts are equal إلى amps times فولت:

واط = أمبير × فولت

W = A × V

What is power consumption في watts when the التيار is 3A and the الجهد supply is 110V

Answer: the power P is equal إلى التيار of 3 amps times the الجهد of 110 فولت.

P = 3A × 110V = 330W

Answer: the power P is equal إلى power factأو of 0.8 times التيار of 3 amps times الجهد of 110 فولت.

P = 0.8 × 3A × 110V = 264W
